Mon - pizza to get my self together for school tomorrow and the rest of the week
Tues - turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, stuffing
Wed - chicken salad to use up lettuce from Sunday
Thurs - lemon chicken with white rice
Fri - leftovers or a new vegetarian meal?
Sat - something hearty, and on sale maybe, pot roast?
Simple this week since I picked up a bunch of meat on sale today, makes thing super easy to plan and not a lot of prep work.
